We installed NEC UX5000 telephone & voice mail system, with on-site training and support for the town of Shawangunk in June of 2010, which was purchased on New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contract. We deployed infrastructure cabling and worked closely with their Clerk of the Works.

The Fishkill Police Department had an NEC UX5000 telephone & voice mail system installed in June of 2010. They purchased the system off of the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contract.

In May of 2010 we installed an NEC UX5000 IP telephone systems throughout the (12) Jeff Bank sites with a centralized voice mail system, on-site training and support. This greatly reduces their telephone bills.

In February 2010 we engineered and deployed a new phone system for Williams Lumber. We utilized a Paetec MPLS network between all (7) locations to deploy over (160) endpoints. Saving Williams money on phone calls between locations and utilizing a central PRI for outbound calls.

In February 2010 we installed at (7) sites for The City of Poughkeepsie a NEC UX5000 telephone & voice mail system. Superior Telephone was re-awarded the Office of General Services (OGS) in 2009 until March of 2024. Contract # PT64303.

In March of 2009 Dutchess County, New York 911 Center had a Vertical/LG Vodavi XTS telephone & voice mail system installed. This system was purchased under New York State Office of General Services (OGS) contract.

In 2009 Superior Telephone Systems donated a Vertical/Vodavi XTSc digital telephone system to the Pine Plains Library. This also includes all infrastructures cabling throughout this beautiful facility.

Superior Telephone Systems had become an authorized reseller for the NEC product line UX5000, SV8100 & SV8300 in 2008. In 2010 we became a NEC associate dealer.

Superior Telephone System was awarded dealer of the year in 2007 for Vertical/Vodavi Communications.
